5 Rhythms at Haus der Begegnung, Frankfurt am Main
I’ve known Mrs. Brecht since 2001. Mrs. Brecht has held 5 Rhythms workshops (“Die 5 Rhythmen nach Gabrielle Roth”) at Haus der Begegnung, Frankfurt/Main since 2001.
Mrs. Brecht shows a high degree of commitment, proving qualified professionalism, independence, a great deal of organizational skills and greatest reliability. Mrs. Brecht stands out due to a remarkable amount of empathy and has well thought-out strategies at hand that enable her to always respond appropriately and spontaneously to different moods, problems and requests. Her clear and reflected actions have earned her an excellent reputation among our female and male co-workers. We have always experienced her as sympathetic, frank and straightforward in her working and general dealing with young adults.
She inspires workshop participants, increases their dancing skills and furthers their joy of experimenting.

5 Rhythms at the mountain monastery, Bestwig
“Mrs Andrea Brecht radiates joy of her work, a natural authority and directness. Her competence, flexibility and pedagogical intuition, her skill, empathy and self-confidence when she works with the group make a dance-weekend an experience that is far more than recreation and relaxation.
Concentrated and seriously, she helps each one of the participants to centre and encourages a very personal expression of his self. Deep layers are set into vibration, people allow themselves to be touched, become stirred up and find their balance again.
She succeeds in convincing all participants, even of a group that is very diverse of age, of the importance and value of the 5 Rhythms − not primarily through words but by her attentiveness and sensitivity to processes. Her own enthusiasm and her positive verve are contagious and awaken unexpected forces.

“I got to know Mrs Brecht as competent, committed, spirited and outgoing.”
Andrea Brecht has given several workshops „Dance the 5 Rhythms“ at Haus der Stille over the last years. I got to know Mrs Brecht as competent, committed, spirited and outgoing.
With her own particular energy she knows how to motivate people. Her choice of music is a contributing factor when it comes to getting everybody involved in the process of motion. I am already looking forward to our next common projects.

5 Rhythms at the Unicorn-Camp
“Her commitment to the group and her ability to involve life-musicians into the different rhythms account for her flexibility and ability to do great work without “music from the can”.
Andrea Brecht has taught for 3 years the 5 Rhythms on the Unicorn Dance & Motion Camp, Wendland. Her commitment to the group and her ability to involve life-musicians into the different rhythms, account for her flexibility and ability to do great work without “music from the can”.
5 Rhythmen at St Michael’s monastery, Hildesheim
“We were very impressed how sensitive, flexible as well as highly competent and clear Andrea Brecht has organized the group process.”
So far, Andrea Brecht has held two weekend workshops at the monastery of St. Michael, Hildesheim, a conference and training center of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hanover (www.michaeliskloster.de)
We were very impressed how sensitive, flexible as well as highly competent and clear Andrea Brecht has organized the group process. All participants felt accepted from the first moment. They also felt perfectly guided through the week end with the 5 Rhythms.

„I always found the collaboration with Andrea Brecht very inspiring, successful and characterised by the desire to always look for the best.”
I always found the collaboration with Andrea Brecht very inspiring, successful and characterised by the desire to “always look for the best.”
For example, it was her capability as a trainer to immediately respond to new dynamics in the seminar that caused the seminar group to advance in no time. However, for me the fact was crucial that this added value went over well with the seminar’s participants, all of whom were middle managers and executives. Their feedback, summed up: “The depth as well as the mix of topic and process oriented work make the difference. The lesson will stick!“
